Daniel Crook, OD

Dr. Daniel Crook, OD, realized he wanted to become an optometrist while in his undergraduate studies at Brigham-Young University. His only knowledge of the industry at that time was his personal experience of wearing glasses. He then went on to work part-time; selling and dispensing glasses, in a lab making glasses, and at times preparing patients to see the doctor.

Dr. Crook graduated from Southern College of Optometry in 2005 and has been working with Nationwide Vision, providing eyecare in Bullhead City, AZ. In Dr. Crook's free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and reading. In 2019 he was able to fulfill a long-time wish, a humanitarian mission where he accompanied an eye surgeon colleague to Guatemala. During this trip, his colleague performed Cataract surgeries while Dr. Crook assisted in the pre and post-operative care.
