Ensure your new eyeglasses are covered from accidental damage for a full year with Clarkson Eyecare’s Eyewear Protection Plan. Use the plan on frames, lenses, or a complete replacement—Clarkson Eyecare covers 90% of repair or replacement costs (tax not included).
How Does the Eyewear Protection Plan Work?
When you utilize our Eyewear Protection Plan, you are only responsible for 10% of the cost. Nationwide Vision will cover 90% of the repair and/or replacement costs on your eyewear for a full year! We recommend you bring your glasses in at 6 months for a cleaning and inspection.
The Eyewear Protection Plan benefits include:
• All maintenance and repairs that might be necessary during the year, including nose pad and screw replacements
• Replacement of broken or damaged frames
• Replacement of scratched or chipped lenses
• Accidental breakage or damage to frames or lenses

Replacement lenses must match the original prescription/lens options. Does not cover lost or stolen eyewear.
