About David Spande
Dr. David Spande, OD, completed his undergraduate studies at Winona State University and graduated with honors in 1991. He then entered the US Air Force as a 2nd Lieutenant and attended USAF Pilot training at Columbus Air Force Base, Mississippi where he was a distinguished graduate. Lt. Spande was assigned to fly the C-130 operationally both in the US and overseas. Dr. Spande retired from military service and then enrolled in optometry school at the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago, Illinois. Dr. Spande graduated with a Doctorate in Optometry in 2013 with a focus on cornea and contact lenses.
Dr. Spande and his wife live in Gilbert, AZ and volunteer with a service organization dedicated to training service dogs in their spare time.
